Jason E. Bogle
Overview And Experience
Mr. Bogle was called to the bar in 2005. He has an established litigation practice that has spanned Corporate, Criminal and Civil law. Mr. Bogle has appeared in numerous jurisdictions throughout Ontario and has distinguished himself as an accomplished litigator. He has successfully litigated and appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice as well as Licensing and Appeal Tribunal, the Housing Tribunal and Small Claims Court. Mr. Bogle has completed the acclaimed CiArb international arbitration course in ADR and continues to volunteer in local initiatives to reduce youth violence in the intercity.
Mr. Bogle is an established public speaker whose pastime includes playing road hockey and basketball, as well as studying various music genres.
